Trust and transparency
Pharmacia Telehealth editorial policy.
Our public information is designed to explain Australian telehealth and Pharmacia workflows clearly—not to diagnose, prescribe or replace individual medical advice.
Who publishes the content?
General service and workflow information is published by Pharmacia Telehealth. A clinician or pharmacist reviewer is named only when that person has genuinely reviewed the specific page. We do not create fictional authors, reviewers or credentials.
Source standards
We prefer primary Australian sources, including the Department of Health, Disability and Ageing, Australian Digital Health Agency, Medical Board of Australia, Services Australia, Healthdirect and relevant state or territory health authorities.
Important sources are shown on the page so readers can check the original information and its scope.
Clinical boundaries
- Public content provides general information only.
- We do not promise a prescription, diagnosis or particular treatment.
- Emergency and in-person-care boundaries are stated clearly.
- Commercial booking links do not change a doctor’s independent clinical judgement.
Drafting and human checks
Drafting tools may assist with structure or plain-language editing. Publication requires a human check of the visible claims, source links, Pharmacia workflow and safety wording. Automated drafting is not treated as clinical review.
Dates and updates
Each guide carries a publication date and a last-updated date. The updated date changes only when the visible content, source basis or service information changes materially—not simply to make a page appear fresh.
Corrections
We correct material errors promptly and re-check affected links or related guides. To suggest a correction, email telehealth@pharmacia.com.au with the page URL and the information that may need review.
