If an original eScript token does not arrive, check the mobile number or email used for the consultation, allow a short delivery period and contact the prescribing service through its secure support pathway. For a repeat token after dispensing, contact the pharmacy that supplied the medicine. Never post a token publicly.
Check the simple causes first
- Confirm the doctor said an electronic prescription was issued.
- Check the mobile number or email destination recorded for the prescription.
- Review blocked, spam or filtered messages without forwarding personal information.
- Use the secure Pharmacia support or booking-management pathway if the original token remains missing.
Original and repeat tokens come from different places
For an original electronic prescription, the prescriber or prescribing service can check the delivery destination and whether the token can be resent. After a pharmacy dispenses a prescription with repeats, that pharmacy normally issues the next repeat token.
Protect the token
- Do not share the token in public comments or social media.
- Do not send it to an unverified address or person.
- Use the pharmacy's or Pharmacia's secure channel when assistance is needed.
