TelehealthPharmacia telehealth consultations start at $35 AUD. The booking summary shows the selected service, scheduled time allocation and total before payment. The consultation fee covers the doctor's time and assessment, whether or not a prescription is issued. Medicine, pharmacy dispensing and delivery costs are separate.
What the consultation fee covers
- The scheduled appointment with an independent Australian-registered doctor.
- The doctor's real-time assessment by the selected phone or video method.
- Recording the consultation outcome and explaining the appropriate next step.
What is separate
- The price of any medicine supplied by a pharmacy.
- Pharmacy dispensing, delivery or postage charges where applicable.
- Tests, imaging, referrals or other services recommended outside Pharmacia.
Payment does not purchase a prescription
The doctor makes an independent clinical decision. The consultation fee applies to the assessment and does not guarantee a prescription, certificate, referral, diagnosis or particular treatment.
